Update Time toast Deadlines

In this timeline i updated dates, so i included the dates of the actual shoot i will be doing with my group which on the 2,4,5,6 November 2016 and then we are going to give the camera and tripod back on the following Monday.

Team Meeting

During today's meeting we started to book our camera's for the 21st October however our actress and actor could not make it to the shoot as they had some emergencies to attend to. So instead we will be starting our shoot of the 31st October as they are both free.

In today's meeting as a group we talked about booking the dlsr camera and tripod which we will have to go through a online booking form through the LSC expressive website however Tom the technician said that we can book them with him by completing a booking form and we have to do this as soon as possible as the booking period will get busy. So this week Friday we will make a start on filming the music video and we messaged the Actor Steven whether he is free on the days of filming and he said yes so we will be booking the camera in our next lesson and then start filming the upcoming Friday which is the 14th October 2016.

Emailing record companies for copyright permission

This image is a direct message on Instagram which was sent by Maryum who is apart of the group and we had to do this as Drake label OVO sound and Young Money never had any email address for enquires so instead we had to message him through social media and the instagram name is OVOSOUND. We messaged because to let the record label know that we are using Drakes songs for a college project and wanted to check whether there is any problems using the song as it raises the issue of copyright.

These are the storyboards of my music video which conveys the different shots that will be used and this storyboard was created to enable my group to be organised and when it comes to the filming we will be prepared and know what to do step by step.

Permission for filming near the London Eye

I emailed the London eye customer services for their permission to film for my media coursework and i will not be using the footage for any personal benefits such as selling the footage and also i will be shooting majority of the music video near there as it is a big tourist attractions.
